Day 0

Day 14

Month 2

Here is what Stepan from Russia has to say:

"So what do I think about the 21 Day Giving Challenge? I mean I have discovered a lot about me and I am now able to express the emotions I was not able to express before. I can also feel the emotions of other people better, and as a result I communicate better. Moreover, giving is addictive and you start feeling the positive effects of this stuff right away. Giving is embedded into the nature of being a human being. That’s why when you finally get to it, you are always getting pleasure. If you want to become more successful socially and feel happier, you need to get back to this useful habit of giving and see how your potential and self-esteem grow."

So how do you start?

Glad you asked...

It's extremely simple. I'll give you the whole list of the things to do. And a few ground rules. And you'll never look back. I promise.

So here you go. Go here for the complete list of things to do for the 21 days: The New 21 Day Giving Challenge

And here are the extremely simple ground rules: The Ground Rules

If you simply aren't in the mood to even lift a finger up, here's the remedy: The Remedy

Bro, is this for me?

Are you a nerd? Do you have the problem of being extremely high in brain capacity, but equally low in charisma? If so, yes, this is for you. Let's bring that charisma level next to your brain level and see what kind of a "monster" you become.

Why is this free?

Because I don't want to deprive anyone of information that'll massively change WHO they are and as a result their lives and happiness. So that's why. I do offer an option where I coach you directly on the process. If you are interested, reach out to me below.

Is this a comfort zone exercise?

No, not at all. It doesn't require you to get out of your comfort zone at all, really. If you noticed, the first 6 days are just feeding animals. And I don't think it's possible for cats to judge you because you didn't feed them Whiskas brand cat food. :)

But, but, butttt...

I have been through extreme trauma when I was little, I can't be saved, I'm broken. Well... if you really knew why and how you were broken, you would have already solved it, right? Don't use that as an excuse to skip something that will put the trauma to the past once and for all.
